"I have to give 5 stars to Steve and his staff. They run the most helpful insurance office I’ve ever been exposed to. I’ve been with them many years; it’s been close to 20 years. They are never bothered when I’m asking for services requested by other companies. When I had my business I needed to keep going back to them for the COI, because the owners couldn’t get it together enough to provide the correct info to ask for. Steve never let on that I was bothering him. He seemed to understand the unspoken. He took care of the problem like a champ. That’s why I stay."

"Steve and his team are definitely my favorite insurance agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. For the past 2 years I've worked with them (I no longer live in California), they tirelessly served me and answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner and always found a solution that prioritizes my interest. For instance, I had to put my car in storage for 5 months when I was abroad, Steve immeditaely adjusted my insurance to ensure I am only paying the minimal required rate in accordance to California law. When I was making a cross country drive prior to moving to California (I had just signed my lease, and I had no previous California insurnace). His team stayed in touch with me and got me coverage. I had a busted tire in Arizona, and they made sure I had insurnace coverage before I started driving and was covered for the towing service. Basically, you cannot go wrong with them.
