"I was a bit "cross" when I called earlier today because I THOUGHT I did not receive the refund on my CA auto insurance that was due to me after I purchased auto insurance in AZ. Yolanda Hill was, none the less, very helpful and polite when dealing with an annoyed customer. She did the research, called me back and gave the date and amount of the refund check. I was embarrassed to discover that the check was, indeed cashed and deposited to my account. Heads up to Yolanda for defusing the situation and getting the issue resolved."

"Steve and his team are definitely my favorite insurance agents I've ever had the pleasure to work with. For the past 2 years I've worked with them (I no longer live in California), they tirelessly served me and answered any and all of my questions in a timely manner and always found a solution that prioritizes my interest. For instance, I had to put my car in storage for 5 months when I was abroad, Steve immeditaely adjusted my insurance to ensure I am only paying the minimal required rate in accordance to California law. I had a busted tire in Arizona, and they made sure I had insurnace coverage before I started driving and was covered for the towing service. Basically, you cannot go wrong with them.
